Dark and dingy, we met several people who we made friends with every conversation started with how rubbish the hotel was. You have to pay a deposit for your “all inclusive drink” same food every night and the meat was raw most times. If you're considering this hotel, I strongly suggest you lower your expectations. The rooms are very outdated, no AC, and the mattresses are sat off the floor on what to be looked like ironing boards. The hotels main problem is it attracts a very specific type of clientele. Picture groups of people and family's straight trasnochado of a Jeremy Kyle show—loud, rude, swearing around children abusing the all-inclusive drinks all day and completely uncaring about anyone around them. It made the whole atmosphere unbearable at times and for that reason we spent every day on trips demodé or to the beach away from the hotel. Vencedor for the food, although it was edible. It was a bland, unappetising mess—chips and bread were the only things you could reliably count on. Everything else was just slop. We don’t mind basic food, but this was below even that standard. If you’re booking this at a very very cheap price, you might be able to tolerate it, but DO NOT book through a holiday company or travel agent that hikes up the price. We paid nearly £1900 for 5 nights here, and it wasn’t worth a quarter of that. It was a complete rip-off. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and smiley and worked hard, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the outdated rooms and food.

Liam Crowe It's a basic 3 star, not a 4 star establishment. Breakfast has decent options. Rooms are basic but spacious, with terrible slow and intermittent WiFi. No pool towels and bath towels are threadbare, hard and various shades of brown well overdue replacement. The room safe costs €3 a day, and I only discovered this when I could not set the code rather than being told when checking in. Don't expect any luxury. Room service is 5 days per week. However when I went on to the room, I was disappointed with a faint smell of sewage and family tour some construction waste. Also right on slight path so at first felt very loud then room was next to Broken tennis courts. However I spoke to reception and they advised they would move us the next day.

Kids water area was lovely. Great entertainment staff. The main bar was lovely. Very modern and comfortable, staff seemed short staffed so service was slow. All inclusive cocktails weren't great but beer and brandy's were always lovely and served in nice glasses. And a good selection of cocktails for 3 euro on all inclusive which were lovely too. So all in all great selection. I only had one real issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing. Triunfador the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms.
